New Member of Advisory Board-Andrew Lin 

Andrew Lin, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CSP, and the first SAFe Program Consultant 4.0 – SPC4 in Taiwan.

Andrew has been in I.T. for more than 15 years. He has been working in I.T. infrastructure, support and operations, DevOps, Agile product development, Scrum software development, and I.T. management and leadership. He has been as an I.T. director, technical project manager, Scrum master, technical product manager, and agile coach. He is also a professional columnist for Project Management magazine in Taiwan.

He had worked for small business, a public company, and non-profit organization in the United States.

He has provided training, coaching, and consulting service to several corporations in Taiwan includes BNP PARIBAS GROUP, PMI Taiwan, and International Games System.

His leadership and coaching have helped teams transforming from business as usual into an agile and high-performing, bringing innovation to I.T., promote and facilitate collaboration and transparency within different departments inside the organization, and has a passion for new product development and enjoy being a corporate culture change agent.

Andrew received his Master of Science, Accounting with MIS track from George Mason University. He is a certified Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified Scrum Professional, and SAFe Program Consultant 4.0. He is a highly self-motivated person who enjoys changes and challenges, positive thinking with the agile mindset and is able to deliver. He will contribute his expertise to Midas Touch Inc.
